This implementation method achieves composite impregnation of the hot melt matrix resin and fiber woven fabric in the gap between the single-sided release paper winding roller shaft 1 and the double-sided release paper winding roller shaft 2 under a certain temperature, speed, and pressure. By adjusting the speed of the single-sided release paper winding roller shaft 1 and the double-sided release paper winding roller shaft 2, the resin content of the prepreg can be accurately controlled.
Specific implementation method 16: The difference between this implementation method and specific implementation method 15 is that in step a of step 1, 40 parts of phenolic epoxy resin, 60 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 3-8 parts of core-shell polymer, 18-22 parts of curing agent, and 4.0-5.0 parts of curing accelerator are weighed by mass. The other parameters are the same as the specific implementation method 15.
In this embodiment, it is preferable to weigh 40 parts of phenolic epoxy resin, 60 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 5 parts of core-shell polymer, 24 parts of curing agent, and 5.0 parts of curing accelerator by mass in step a of step 1.
